operates primarily in the Internet and World Wide Web based
services and solutions arena and offers the following services:

| Domain
Name Registration and Parking
|
|
| The
IT Division acts as technical support agent to its clients
for the purpose of registering domain names and providing
domain name parking services. The IT Division takes care of
interacting with an appropriate domain name registrar for
registering the domain name and provides the client with the
use of its DNS and Web Servers for domain name parking. |
| Web
Site Hosting |
|
World
class but affordable web hosting services are provided on
our servers running Linux, Apache Web Server, with FTP access,
POP3 and/or IMAP email accounts, email forwarding, email auto-responders,
FrontPage Server Extensions, Secure Shell access and more.
The IT Division offers both pre-packaged web hosting services
and custom services for clients who have special requirements.
Web Hosting can include the use of our database server and
secure server for hosting web sites that need to have a database
and provide secure data transmission. Our servers are located
at our very own world class Network Operations Center (NOC)
and are connected to the Internet using a T1 line.

Site Hosting |

We
offer FTP only site hosting on our servers. You can set-up
your own Anonymous or authenticated FTP service through this
offering.

| E-mail
services |
|
Get
an email account with POP3 or IMAP access facility at unbeatable
prices. Email accounts are offered from our email service
site www.runmail.com

| Web
site designing and development |
|
| The
IT Division designs, develops and maintains web sites ranging
from the simplest static informational web site to the very
complex ones like interactive database supported dynamic web
sites with the necessity for frequent content updates, to
be hosted on the Internet or Intranet. The IT Division also
provides development services to build and deploy web based
software solutions (Web Applications) that involve database
transaction management and e-commerce (for example, web based
shopping, web based information management solutions, web
based services portals etc.). The IT Division is also equipped
to develop and deploy custom software that may or may not
use Internet technologies. |
| Server
co-location and dedicated server services |
|
The
IT Division maintains and runs its servers in its own Network
Operations Center located at Reno, Nevada. The NOC is connected
to the Internet using a T1 line, soon to be upgraded to multiple
redundant T1/T3 lines connected directly to at least 3 major
backbone providers. The IT Division offers the use of its
NOC space for customers to co-locate their servers, helping
them reduce the cost of going online. The IT Division's Server
Co-location service includes 24x7 technical support and basic
maintenance. Fault Tolerance and Failure Management services
are provided at a nominal extra cost.

IT Division also provides on-site network support and maintenance
services for design, installation, and maintenance of computer
networks. Highly experienced support engineers ensure that
your network is up and running and problems taken care of
in a timely manner, when you sign a network support services
agreement with The IT Division |
