The School's Online website is available 24 hours a day. The webmaster will send out emails to currently enrolled students when the system is under maintenance and is offline. All administrative, financial and student services are handled via email and regular US mails.

The School observes the following official holidays: New Year's, Easter, Memorial, lndependence, Labor, Thanksgiving and Christmas. However for our Online students the system is available regardless of official holiday schedule.

The School serves adults who are employed, own their own businesses and/or live out of the area. This makes it necessary for the School to make flexible class schedules as a primary feature of class begin and end date. The school issues monthly or more frequent class forming dates to help students plan their schedules accordingly, however the faculty is always prepared to make special times and schedules to accommodate special needs. Please contact the School with your request.

Requirements |

No previous experience or education is required in subjects being offered. All students must be able to speak, read and write the English Language at a satisfactory level in order to maintain his/her standing in a course. No additional instruction is provided to bring a student's English proficiency to a satisfactory level. All fees are due and payable in full at the time of registration and prior to course attendance.

| A student who has cpmpleted all required scheduled or agreed to clock hours (our web system measures your connect time in addition to monitoring your email correspondence) in a particular course of study and taken all quizzes and examinations administered and yet fails to maintain a 70% (seventy percent) or better passing ratio will be placed on a probationary status and required to do additional work to bring the students standing to the required standard. Only one such repetition is normally permitted. The course of study must be completed satisfactorily within 90 days of first starting the course. If a student fails to maintain the 70% passing ratio and has repeated the course once at no charge and still wishes to pursue the course, the student will be required to re-register for the course and pay the full fee for the course.
Each student is given a minimum of two examinations and two quizzes during each course of study. Additional examinations and quizzes are at the discretion of the Director of Online Education. A final examination is administered and a student must achieve a minimum of 70% passing grade before a course completion certificate will be issued. No course completion
certificate is issued if the school is owed any fees by the student

STUDENTS SHOULD NOTE THAT LICENSING TESTS ADMINISTERED BY STATE APPROVED TESTING COMPANIES REQUIRE A 80% PASSING GRADE.

| Attendance

State law requires students to complete stipulated clock hours of web based instruction for each pre-licensing and continuing education course. The School vigorously enforces attendance registers and students must complete all requirements. Failure to do so can result in forfeiture of fees paid. See Refund Policy in this catalog for specific information.

All students are required to conduct themselves while on the School website in a manner that is not detrimental to other students.

| Refund
Policy |
|
 |
Once a student has registered Online and started the course online and you cancel your enrollment, you will be charged 10% of total or $10, whichever is less.

You have 3 days from the date of Online registration to ask for cancellation and a partial
refund by sending the school an email. After 3 calendar days have expired - there is no refund for Online students.

No refund is issued for failure to complete the course

The School is duly licensed by the Nevada Commission on Post Secondary Education and has been approved by the Nevada Division of Insurance.

1603 Property & Code (25 Hrs) has 10 units, which are; property and casualty insurance fundamentals, insurance and law, other basic principles of insurance, standard fire policy, dwelling property forms, commercial fire forms, multiple lines, rules & regulations. Review and final exam.

0303 Casualty and Code (25 Hrs) has 9 units, which are: general liability, automobile insurance, the family auto policy, worker's compensation insurance, crime & insurance bonds, fidelity and surety, Nevada rules & regulations part 1-, Nevada rules & regulations part 5&7 and code review and final exam.

160303 Property, Casualty and Code (35 Hrs) has 18 units and Covers, 1603 and 0303 courses listed above.
