Dear Visitor:
You might be curious whether or not you are a candidate for online education. It is a good question to ask. Online education is similar to correspondence style education, however, there are many important distinctions. Please consider the following:
First of all, cost is an important consideration for many students. Online courses are less costly because the provider institution does not order printed materials, receive those, check them for quality and correctness, assemble them, procure shipping cartons, address the shipping cartons, pay shipping, handling and insurance. Online materials are just as expensive to produce until they are published and hosted on the server. However, once on the server thousands of students can have access. Online education is indeed friendly to our eco-system.

In terms of ease of access one simply cannot beat the versatility of Online education. From anywhere in the world, a boat, an airplane, a car or the comfort of your own home/office, you can have almost instant connection to your Online materials and course-work! For example: you want to go visit grandma and grandpa and they ask you to stay the night but you left your correspondence course materials at home and now you are torn what to do! Hey! not to worry...if you are enrolled in an Online course....you simply log on, put in your password and presto you are back in school. Online education is indeed very convenient.

Of course, Online education does not allow you to interact with other students as you would in a fixed classroom setting. For some students, this can be a bit isolating. On the other hand, the super candidate in your class is not going to push the class forward or a slow moving student not hold the class back in an Online system. You can truly progress at your own pace within some limits. .

If you are currently employed or you and your spouse have conflicting work hours or households with small children with unpredictable bouts of playfulness, the professional adult student sure can use some help with an infinitely flexible schedule. The answer ofcourse is Online education which you can take as your schedule permits.

On balance you will find that many regular day time or evening and weekend students are also enrolling in their institution's Online facility as it allows them to catch up with things they may have missed. Most Online courses are a mirror image in the web style of what is covered in the classroom. All you need to use our online self study system is a good computer system with Windows 98, an internet connection of at least 56 Kbps speed and the latest version of either Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator. Higher internet connection speeds are good, but is not a requirement to use our web based self study system. If you are still undecided, please send an email to the school and you will get a quick response. Remember email is free and most effective. Use it!
